have u tried ignoring her? sounds awful but if she realises she's waking for no reason she might stop, but if u give her the attention she's craving, she's going to keep on doing it! x

so she does get a pretty good length of time to sleep, i think then maybe she might be doing it as a attention thing or she might be grizzly cause she could be teething and she needs reasuring from you, does she have a dummy or a soother or something?

My daughter Mileena is 15 months old and she sometimes wakes in the night and can take awhile to get back to sleep. But in saying that over the last few weeks she has been quite good but I find if she wakes one night at a certin time for the next few nights she does the same but then she sorts her self out and sleeps thru again. Sometimes when Mileena wakes she is looking for her dummy so I just go and put her dummy in and she falls asleep. Sometimes she doesnt so I try and put her to sleep or just ignore her and she soon falls asleep on her own. I mean last night Mileena woke at about midnight when I was going to bed and she was tossing and turning and all it was was she couldnt get in a comfy position. So really could be anything. Mileena too only has a 1 hour nap in the day so could be anything. Maybe she too cold or too hot or not comfy or need's her dummy or something to cuddle or like us just sometimes cant sleep.
